What currency are the prices do I see in the site?

All prices are in customers local currency.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

For in-stock products, your receiving time will contain 1-3 business days of order processing time plus the specified shipping time.

For pre-order products, your receiving time will be calculated from the estimated shipping date plus the specified shipping time.

Please note that if your order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the shipping date might vary based on the estimated shipping date of pre-order products.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

Not satisfied with your order? We understand.

Returns can be made within 7 days from the date you've received all your items but, unfortunately we currently do NOT cover shipping costs to return at the moment. Customers are responsible to arrange the returning themselves (We are working on offering more friendly return policies). 

Please be advised that loose ends and tiny, slight stains will not be considered as quality issues. Returns that are damaged, worn, or without the original packaging and hangtags will not be accepted. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, your return may be refused.



Can I cancel my order?

It may be possible to cancel an order within 2 hours of it being placed. Please email us at hello@jumeirahbarbie.com to request a cancellation.

Once the order begins processing in our system, we may not be able to amend it. Please take extra care when placing an order, as we do not accept any changes on orders that have already been processed. By placing an order, you expressly agree to follow and abide by these terms.
